1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Appixir, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Appixir provides:

  • ASO analysis reports
  • Metadata optimization suggestions
  • Screenshot redesign services
  • Competitor insights

All recommendations are informational and analytical in nature.

3. No Guarantees

App store rankings are influenced by many external factors.

Appixir:

  • Does not guarantee specific ranking positions
  • Does not guarantee install increases
  • Does not control Apple or Google algorithms

Results may vary.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree:

  • To provide accurate information
  • Not to misuse the platform
  • Not to attempt scraping or reverse engineering
  • Not to use the service for unlawful purposes

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, and reports generated by Appixir are protected intellectual property.

Users may use generated reports for their own app optimization purposes.

Resale or redistribution of Appixir content is prohibited.

6. Payments & Refunds

All purchases are processed securely via Stripe.

Refunds:

  • Digital reports are generally non-refundable once delivered
  • Screenshot services may be eligible for partial refund if not delivered

We reserve the right to evaluate refund requests individually.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may:

  • Modify features
  • Update pricing
  • Suspend service temporarily

8. Limitation of Liability

Appixir shall not be liable for:

  • Lost profits
  • Lost rankings
  • Business interruptions
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the past 30 days.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Abuse the system
  • Violate these terms
  • Attempt fraud

Users may request account deletion at any time.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Appixir constitutes acceptance of updates.
